14 STEP is designed specifically for the next generation of leaders, children, and teenagers aged between 10-17 years.

14 STEP proudly offers a variety of holistic practices, including daily guided meditation sessions, breathwork exercises, journaling activities, and sound healing therapies. We also feature money management tools within our unique "money back mindfulness" program.

Journaling is an excellent tool that can provide our users with a personal space for reflecting on their thoughts and feelings. It helps to boost their mood, improve their memory, and enhance their overall problem-solving capabilities.

Meditation provides an array of benefits to our young users. It helps them focus their minds, manage anxiety, and attain a profound state of calm. Regular meditation can also improve their memory, creativity, and self-awareness.

Breathwork practices in 14 STEP serve as an effective way for the youth to manage their stress levels, build emotional resilience, boost their energy levels, and enhance their overall well-being.

Affirmations are a powerful tool to reshape your unconscious mind. By repeating positive statements, the young users of 14 Step can boost their confidence, reduce stress, and develop a more positive outlook on life.

Gratitude is a lifelong skill that helps young minds focus on positive aspects of life. Recognizing and appreciating the good in life toward greater happiness and well-being is why the gratitude component is a core part of 14 STEP.

14 STEP incorporates money management tools to familiarize the youth with basic financial concepts. By offering practical lessons on budgeting, saving, and investing, we aim to empower them with essential life skills that promise a secure financial future.

Our teaching method is based on a unique concept we call "money-back-mindfulness". This approach encourages the youth to practice mindfulness daily, enabling them to earn back their parents' monthly subscription.

DAILY RECORD

1. Find a comfortable, distraction-free spot to sit.
2. Record the date and time in your journal.
3. Click the "Challenges" tab for the Daily Meditation.
4. Click "Join" and follow the guided breathwork.
5. Document the daily color, number, and animal code in your journal.
6. List three things you are grateful for in your journal.
7. Follow these steps daily to earn money back.

WEEKLY TURN-IN

8. Set at least 1 short-term and long-term goal in your journal.
9. Create a plan in your journal for how you will spend or invest the money.
10. Once your parent approves your plan, they can sign it off.
11. Your parent sends a picture of your codes, gratitudes, goals, and signed plan.
12. We will confirm your participation.
13. The money is transferred to your parent and given to you according to the plan.
14. Share this process with your friends and earn $50 per signed referral.

On average, children can earn back up to $50 per week toward savings & investments. They can earn the entire subscription back if they complete their daily practices, and refer one friend to the platform.

We do not transfer money directly to our students. Instead, the money is first sent to the parents, who then pass it on to the child. Payday happens once a week and is dependent on the level of your kid's participation.
